Badges
Tour stickers will be provided to be fixed on attire for easy identification.


Pick Up and Drop Off Services
Complimentary pick up and drop off service are provided at major hotels.
Kindly wait at the hotel lobby at the pick up time given.
Pick up begins 30-45mins prior to the starting/departure of the tour.
The actual time of your pick up will depend on the location of your hotel and the traffic condition.


Transportation
All tours are conducted either in air-conditional micro van or car depending on the number of persons except Sunway Lagoon Super Package, which coach may be used.


Insurance
Guests are highly recommended to purchase travel insurance on their own for protecting travelling plan.


Responsibility
We are not responsible for any articles lost by passengers while o tour.
The organizer reserves the right to cancel any stops any circumstances arise beyond their control.



Tours Conditions
All tours are conducted in English. Request for specific language tour is available, subject to additional cost and the availability of tour guides.

*  A Deposit of RM100 is required for all online bookings.
*  All tours are conducted with a minimum of 2 Adults. For 1 adult, 50% surcharge will be imposed unless together with
   2 or more children.
